About Clubo
Club management software for grassroots sport — football, rugby, cricket, hockey and netball — built by people doing the job every week.
Why it exists
Clubo started as an app for a single Sunday league club. The problems were the ones every volunteer committee knows: chasing match fees in group chats, guessing who is available on Thursday night, memberships that quietly go unpaid, and a treasurer holding it all together in a spreadsheet.
Rather than another messaging group, we built the admin out of the process. Fees are requested automatically after a fixture. Late replies can carry a small fine, if your club wants one. Memberships renew on the month you choose. Everything a member owes sits in one place they can pay in a couple of taps.

Grassroots and semi-professional clubs, midweek leagues and single teams — anywhere a volunteer is collecting money from players and organising fixtures. One club can run several teams, each with its own members, fixtures and settings.

- Shop & memberships (£1.00) — Sign on fees, tiered memberships, kit and social tickets.
- Wallet & one-click pay (£3.00) — Saved cards, preferred payment day and automatic collection.
- Digital club card (£1.00) — Membership numbers, tiers and photo cards for every player.
- Physio booking (£1.00) — Bookable slots, tiered fees and clinic emails.
- League feeds (£1.00) — Nightly table, fixtures, results and scorers from your league site.
- Availability calendar (£1.00) — Players mark themselves unavailable ahead of selection.
- Auto collections & renewals (£2.00) — Collects overdue match fees and fines from saved cards, lets players switch on automatic payments, and renews memberships each season. Must have Wallet & One Click Pay enabled.
- Automatic fines (£1.00) — Fines for no response and late withdrawal, the warning push before each fine, and stopping players accepting when they owe too much.
Every club starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can set the season up before anything is charged.
